Has anybody used one of these? If so, does it produce good results, and is it better than using weights?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i havent used one of those b4....but those things seem like gimics....

Did you really just ask if a ~200 dollar machine is better then using weights?!

99 percent of the "toner" "muscle builder" etc etc machines are scams. You'll use it a couple times, not see any results, and quit.

Spend your 98 pounds and buy a gym membership.
