Motion Sickness
I've recently had problems when flying where i get nauseous and panicky. Haven't physically puked or anything but i feel terrible. I think it's more of a mental thing than anything else since it's new and seems a bit panic related, but I have been known to get a little motion sick in the past when on boats or sitting in the back seat of a car. But i use to love flying now i HATE it because of this.
So what's recommended for flying? Anything i can get OTC so i don't have to see a doctor about it? I'm a little pressed for time. |

the problem with dramamine and the otc stuff it that it makes me sooo sleepy. There are accupressure methods, (i beleive the ear) that help with motion sickness.
If the panic attacks are also there, then motion sickness stuff is not going to help you... Look into meditation, or other ways to relax.
