need help! with choosing a real estate brokerage to work with
 

can anyone answer some questions for me! i am in florida, but i assume that things will be the same with most real estate companies

1. which is better...open floor/ closed floor
2.would you work in a house that has "sponsership", for agents
3. would you rather work for a good name that has franchise fees, or a relativly new concept, with no fees



i have been on a few interviews, and am very confused, since they are all differant, and i really don't want to make a bad choice...anyone have any life experiance to share?
