				Fitness Software?

I am thinking of starting a food journal so I can gauge just how unhealthy I really am so I was thinking about using the excel sheets from www.johnstonefitness.com but I also just ran across www.fitday.com which seems to offer similar tracking capability and a few bells and whistles.

Does anybody have a favorite program they use to keep track of their health and fitness? I know that I am looking for something to keep track of what I eat, body measurements, and workout performance (i.e. track things like weight used and number of reps for each excercise). I am fairly certain that I could build either a database or spreadsheet that could do this sort of thing but I think I would spend more time building the app and less time excersing. |

I've used Fitday...it helps to track until u get used to what you should be eating to reach goals.

As for tracking workouts..plain old pen and pencil is still the best.
