I am seriously considering purchasing the "No Down Payment" Realestate course by Carlton Sheets but i want to know if anyone here is familiar with it and if i should bother. I am convinced i can aquire property without a penny out of my pocket but all i've done is watch the infomercials. Am i just gullible or is this stuff real?:hmm:

It's for real, but that course is a ripoff. All you need is good credit. You won't get the best interest rates either. Call some mortgage brokers and see what they can do for you.

You'd be better off buying a real estate for dummies book on amazon than ordering his product, they will charge you money for crap you didn't order and won't refund your money.
