My fitness goals.
Ok. I need some input on my daily training.
MOnday - chest Tuesday - biceps Wed - back thurs - legs fri - triceps I also take creatine and protein shake. I eat a lot. My co-worker who used to be a boxer told me to eat a lot of potatoes (boil), bananas, 2 glass of milk shake in the morning, and yogurt. He also advise me not to *fap*. I'll wait about 1 month and see if it's getting results. The hardest part of the training is not fapping (that's going to be tough)... |

You should work opposite muscles on the same day
day 1 - chest, back day 2 - biceps, triceps day 3 - legs, shoulders also tell me what your goal is, I can help you further.

This would be better IMO. Working muscles that assist in working the bigger muscles together. day 1 - chest/tri/abs day 2 - back/bi day 3 - shoulders/traps day 4 - legs/abs What it comes down to is that everybody is different so when it comes to training splits everyone must choose the one which gives them the best results. I have seen the best results with coupling the above mentioned body parts during each workout session. Last edited by Plan9Senior; 12-15-2003 at 08:04 PM.. |
