you CANNOT get rid of love handles, period. I'm a wrestler, and one season I cute 25 pounds, but still had lovehandles. They are their as padding and protection for your hipbones. The only thing you can do is tone your abs and decrease the size of the handles. But hey, guys need something to grab onto right?

Well I run on a average of 25-30 miles a week, I have ran 2 half marathons, and 1 full marathon, and I still have em... Its all about the diet! Im just not willing to give up my junk food to get rid of my love handles... not worth it to me.... at least not yet...
