love-handles?

We all know that every woman despises love-handles. It seems that once you get them, they are rather difficult to get rid of. What can be done to get rid of them, if anyone knows?

Not sure why the recent love handle post was deleted, but the answer is nutrition and cardio. There is no way to spot reduce fat, so start eating right and start getting that heart pumping.

you CANNOT get rid of love handles, period. I'm a wrestler, and one season I cute 25 pounds, but still had lovehandles. They are their as padding and protection for your hipbones. The only thing you can do is tone your abs and decrease the size of the handles. But hey, guys need something to grab onto right?

Well I run on a average of 25-30 miles a week, I have ran 2 half marathons, and 1 full marathon, and I still have em... Its all about the diet! Im just not willing to give up my junk food to get rid of my love handles... not worth it to me.... at least not yet...

If you mean the part of your oblique abdominal muscles the bulges a bit just above your hip, then no, you can't get rid of that without some wacky surgery that will leave you unable to twist to either side.

If you're talking about the layer of fat that can build ABOVE those muscles, then you aren't doing it right
