Chuckles: why do you want to know about protein pills? You don't like the food that has ample protein in them? Tuna, Shrimp, Low-Fat Cottage Cheese, Chicken Breast, Skim Milk, Egg, Tofu, Soybeans, Peanut Butter, Corn, Egg Noodles, Oatmeal, etc. It's best to get as much as you can out of your diet as opposed to popping a pill.

I have heard of protein pills, but I know, and I assume if you do a little research you will find that they are making many supplements, snacks, etc., very high in protein. You can get added protein without the hassle of preparing shakes or meals.
