Ugh, why are people so difficult!?!
Just need to vent here some..
As some of you know, last year I lost a lot of weight through diet, exercise, and xenadrine efx. A female friend of mine wanted to lose some weight, so I told her about what I did. She.. she doesn't like to listen to well. I told her to start slowly with the xenadrine, especially since she has a smaller body, by just taking one pill a day for a few days, then one pill twice a day, then two in the morning with one later, then go to full dose of two and two after a while. What does she do? Start's with a full dose, two in the morning, two later on in the afternoon. Result? She doesn't feel good, and complains to me about it. Um, HELLO! Not my fault you didn't listen. Then tonight I was talking to her.. she said she doesn't think it's doing anything for her and that she feels like she's gaining weight, so I ask her a bunch of quesions about what she's been doing. She said she eats like twice a day, which I told her not to do, she still needs to eat. She said she uses an elliptical crosstrainer a few days a week for 30 minutes. I asked if she uses any programs or if she changes around the resistance level and she said she just gets on it and goes. That means level 1. Level 1 = useless for trying to burn calories. I did catch her down at the gym one time, and it didn't even look like she was going any bit fast. I told her I'd go with her next time and show her a few things, and she said that she's not stupid and knows how to use the machine. I didn't say so, but I kept thinking that she obviously doesn't if all she does is get on it and go. I again offered to help her out, but she said that her boyfriend has been showing her how to use stuff. Yes, this guy lift weights, but he didn't go through what I did last year using the equiptment that I used and this girl is now using. That was the end of the conversation. I give up. If she wants to keep starving herself and doing half-ass workouts, that's up to her. |

Ephedra/ephedrine doses should not coincide with workouts. Blood presure and heart rate go up way too much. I made that mistake and got myself really sick; I decided to throw the bottle of pills out my car window before I killed myself through stupidity.
During the two wekks I took Metabolife (I think that was the brand,) I ate and exercised teh same way, and gained five pounds. |
