more ideas for food!

People say to avoid luncheon meats. but they say turkey breast is good. So what type of turkey breast can you get for sandwhiches, which isnt lucheon meat with all the un-healthy filler?
im trying to gain weight and muscle mass, but healthily. im stuck in a rut of eating the same foods everyday to try to gain mass and be healthy. i always have oatmeal, fruit, vegetables, nuts, beans, turkey, and spaghetti everyday. any other ideas for good foods to do so, that are healthy? thanks.

turkey and chicken lunchen meats are fine. i'm assuming your talking about sliced turkey breast. no problem with it. but stuff like balogna, that has a lot of salt and nitrates, which aren't great for you. i don't think there's anything wrong with and sliced natural lunchen meats... it's the ones where they take the bits and peices and that you shouldn't eat too much of.
