Has anyone seen <a href="http://www.vh1.com/shows/dyn/rock_bodies/67853/episode.jhtml">this show</a>?

I saw a glimpse of it last night and was disgusted. The idea is to help these women lose a ton of weight in 90 days via the "star treatment" workout program. Basically, it consists of doing excersize to burn 1,000 calories per day, and only eating 1,350 calories.

Let me repeat, burn 1,000, eat 1,350. Does not include the calorie cost of simply living.

This DOES NOT a good workout program make. I can't believe they'd promote something so unhealthy. Doing this type of program will rob you of an incredible amount of muscle tissue, making it harder to maintain the weight. It also is not a program you'll want to continue for any extended amount of time, because you'll..well...die.

I hope no one here attempts to follow it.

Didn't see it, but hopefully nobody will try and follow that routine. I am suprised that any of them would have any energy whatsoever to be able to do any cardio. Following that program will have you looking as good as an Ethiopian

. Way unhealthy.

I think we could all look like "stars" if we didn't have real jobs and had enough money to hire the best cooks and do nothing but work out every day!!

Looking like them is easier then you think. It just requires willpower to stay on your program, and since they get paid to look the way they do, it is better motivation for them.
