L-ornithine, along with arginine, may promote muscle-building activity in the body by increasing levels of anabolic (growth-promoting) hormones such as insulin and growth hormone. L-ornithine is also said to increase the metabolism of fat.

a follow up question: is there a natural source for L-Proline? I've been drinking this Fuze drink that has it as an ingredient and I've noticed that my skin has gotten a lot clearer (I've also been working out and sweating like a mad man and eating a lot better but I digress). I've been to vitamin stores and never see L-Proline. I think it's an amino acid, but I'm not sure. any one know?

I have never heard of it either, but I did find out what it is from my friend google.com It seems it is a non-essential amino acid...
