My sister just got the Winsor Pilates 3 video workout thing and i was wondering if anyone has used it. Does it work? is it effective? or is it a big scam like some other infomercials.

never tried it but it seems like its working out pretty much the same as any other "sort of" workout

It is just like anything else, you have to make the effort, everyday. Wish your sis luck.

haha, well all the video really does is motivate, if you starts to jump around and sweat, than its working....simple as that

My wife sometimes will use the pilates videos. When she consistently uses them for over 3 weeks, she notices ab strengthening.
