This is a discussion site. You need to frame the discussion yourself. If there's nothing to really discuss, then things like this need to go to "Found On The Net".

You should read The TFP Guidelines since they include our guidelines for starting threads. There's no way for anyone to tell what it is you want to discuss here without clicking on the link, so you're doing a poor job of starting the conversation.

I've locked this thread. You have the choice of starting over with your thoughts on the subject - maybe answering the questions of "what is this?", "why is this important?" and "where does that link go?" - or PM me or any other staffer to reopen it.
