Yeah, you have to either use a clean razor blade or a sharp pin to expose the hair.... then pull it out. Don't forget to clean the wound with Peroxide, A dab of Neosporin helps the wound heal faster..... I get one once and awhile, said method always works but hurts a bit.

It hurts like a mother, but you gotta pull them out. Make sure you use an alcohol pad when cleaning up. Suggestion: Use a Strydex medicated pad for the next 3 days in the areas that you havet them. Then use Gold Medal body powder in the genital area to keep it dry. If you have facial hair and/or pubic hair and are getting them there, try shampooing and conditioning when you are taking a shower. Sounds strange, but the hairs are too stiff and are actually poking into the hair folicle and that may be what's giving you the infected hairs. Hope it helps. Also, if you are getting them in the leg groin area and wear briefs try going up a size. Cuts down on the friction. Good luck. Works for me.
