Well, English did originate from England so we an say that the Americans chose o modify the words, not the other way round.

-I'm a complete and utter hedonist. I indulge in anything I find pleasureful at an extreme level regardless of the consequences.

-I constantly have no idea what I'm talking about, but play it off as if I do.

Apparently, I am good at stalking. ._. I feel low right now. But, it's so tempting to be able to call her and have that chance to call her a dirty little whoreface.

This is the most believable list of 'imperfections' that I've read in this thread. You don't come off as though you're trying to prove you're worse than others (i.e. pissing contest.) Very sincere. Good for you.

Don't get me wrong - I'm not saying everyone else's posts suck or anything. Just an observation. :o

I'm 28 years old and live off my mother. She pays my all my bills and my rent. She gives me money three or four times a week knowing full well I'm just gonna go to the bar and drink it away. And it's because of all that I don't have a job and don't plan on getting one any time soon.

I love the fact that many Americans have such a litle grasp of their own history that they make fun of how the French are "cheese eating surrender monkeys" without considering that had it not been for French soldiers, French generals, and the French Navy, the Thirteen Colonies would not have been able to throw off the government from London that so upset them.

America as a nation owes its entire present existence to one of the few French victories overseas since the seventeenth century.

You're right, the war in western europe was nearly over, and not in favor of the Allies. The French COULD have thrown back the initial german invasion, if not for incompetent generalship. The french had better tanks, and more of them, than the germans. The british could not have won without American intervention. Fact of life. The russians were absorbing enormous casualties, but without American help, Hitler would have had North Africa and the Baltic states, thus eliminating Britians access to oil. God knows they lost malaysia, another major oil producing area.

I'll never claim to know much about my own nation's revolution, but I know a fair bit about world war II. Britian nearly lost the war, and France DID lose the war, until the Canadians, Britons, and Americans won it for them, with some very limited Polish and Free French help.

I am entirely superficial. Owning things defines me. No seriously, I am so superficial in fact that the reason I am so old is because my insides consist of that material often found in pipes commonly reffered to as scum.

I too am remarkably superficial. I will only date/fuck ridiculously hot women, even though I'm about a 6/10. And by date, I mean string along, because every time I look at my checking account, I'm reminded of how awesome it is to have that money all to myself.

Passive aggressive as well for me, to the point (sometimes) that I don't even realize I'm doing it unless my boyfriend points it out. Interrupting people when they are talking to me all the time. Pessimistic attitude when I'm really not in a good mood. Very sarcastic, have to bite my tongue sometimes. Thinking out loud, rude comments. This is all I have for now, very fun by the way.

I don't care about other people and I don't have any compassion. It's not that I'm self centered, I just don't take any interest in others, what they are doing or what they have going on.
