General Tso's from the new Chinese place down the street. Leftovers from last night. Their fried dumplings and Tso's was much better than the place half a block to the right of it.

In 17 minutes I will order/eat 2 cheeseburgers and a diet Dr Pepper from McDonalds' drive-thru. I order 2 because I dont eat the middle of the burger only the outside edge, so 2=1 in this case. Mmmm

Steamed vegetables and rice.
I decided to just steam everything from the bottom shelf of my fridge this morning as I was in a hurry. I ended up with rice, peas, asparagus, celery, carrots, onions, garlic, and bell peppers. And some pepper for taste. |

I had a dish we call chicken tittie. Chicken breast with a slice of dried beef on top, marinated in flour water.
We've tried to come up with a better name but haven't.

I just returned from Estāncia Churrascaria, a Brazilian steak house.
My lunch consisted of: PICANHA: our popular cut from the rump steak served with garlic. ALCATRA: cut from the top sirloin. FRALDINHA: cut from the bottom sirloin. FILET MIGNON: cut from the tenderloin. Also served wrapped in bacon. CORDEIRO: leg of lamb sliced off the bone. Also served as chops. LINGUICA: pork sausage. FRANGO: includes chicken breast wrapped in bacon and seasoned chicken legs I finished the feast off with a cup of coffee, some flan and then a cigarette. |

A leftover hamburger from dinner two nights ago.
My father in-law directed the grilling. He bought 90/10 sirloin. He doesn't liked seasoning and he prefers thin patties. He also feels it's necessary to press the burgers with a spatula to remove as much of the juices as possible and cook the meat into oblivion. Unfortunately, the burger tasted like sawdust. |
