MIP in California, help!
Just the other night I got an MIP for having a cup of alcohol outside. It was my friend's cup, but it doesn't really matter because I was holding it. Anyway, I don't really know what to do or how to go about this so I can get the best out of this situation...does anyone have any good advice? Please help.

I do love how MIP is some sort of acronym that those that aren't minors would happen to know is minor in possession.
