One night stand turned into more?
Have you ever had what you thought was going to be a one night stand, that turned onto a long term relationship?
I havent, but I am assuming others have. |
No. All of my one night stands have been just that.

Nope. Interesting question, though. I had to really give some thought to this one.
Like Charlatan, some one-nighters went on for some time (booty call kinda thing). I'd never realized that my long-term relationships never began with a one night stand. |
Succession of booty calls. Not proud of it but I won't be complaining about it either.

Anyway... to answer the OP's question, yes it's been almost seven years since the GF and I had what started as a one night stand.

A friend of mine is in this situation right now. Met a girl at a club, took her home.. they started dating, he got involved with someone else.. now he's back with his one night stand lady and seems to be doing pretty well.

I suppose my current GF started out as a fling that was just supposed to be sex, not really a one night stand. But a "sex only" thing turned into a 2 year relationship.

Only had 1 one nighter.
I was so wasted that night I barely remember it. Good times... There were a couple long term relationships that should have been one nighters. |
