No not that booty. Your black friday booty!

Anyone wait in line today? Get some good deals? My parents wanted an HD TV so me and my brother went to best buy at 4:40 in the morning. The crazy thing was that the line circled the parking lot at that time.

After that, it was circuit city, and microcenter. I have to say, circuit city was really really bad about getting customers in and out quickly. Got an iPod FM transmitter charger deal. My brother was going to get a camera, but they were all sold out.

My wife, mys son's girlfriends and my sister-in-laws are out partaking of the Black Friday madness. I will do my best to avoid stores until after New Years.

Edit: Just got a few phone calls. My wife is with one son's fiance and another son's ex-girlfriend. None of this has anything to do with black Friday though.

I'm at work, so no Black Friday deals for me. I did see people camping out in tents in front of Best Buy at around 12:30 PM EST on Thanksgiving Day....

It is a comfort somehow being poor.

Years ago when I worked retail, I dreaded working this day.

I am experimenting with vegetables to come up with a good dye for making cards, beets are awesome.

I almost went to guitar center to take advantage of the 20% off any item sale.

but I decided to sleep in instead since all I really want is a keyboard stand and a bench. not worth it to save 20 bucks really.

No pictures, but I got the new iLife and iWork suites for eleven bucks off on each at Apple. Did it online, they'll arrive in a week or so, free shipping. Not too shabby! And here I almost bought them the other day at full price.

Glad I remembered to look.

My brother woke up around five to go shopping. I forgot to wake up so I sleep until nine and stayed home and got the same result as he does: zilch. Only I'm not so tired now.

Slept in the circuit city parking lot last night, and snagged a 50" Samsung TV for half off, and and a pair of 22" monitors for 75% off.

picked up a 32inch hd lcd from best buy today.
i'm currently using it as my computer monitor.

Yes, I have been using a 32" LCD as my monitor for about 1.5 years now. It took a lot of getting used to, but now I couldn't go back to a smaller screen
