Herbalife -- any users?
My friend is an Herbalife distributor, and offered me about a month's supply of meal replacement shakes and multi-vitamins for free. I figured it was worth a shot, so I'm gonna start it up in the next few days.
Was just curious as to whether or not people out there had tried the same thing... |

It's a pyramid scheme!!!!!! THEY TRY TO GET YOU TO SELL IT!!!!!
I have some friends who used/sold it... didn't work well enough for them to stick with it, that's all I know about it. I think they got tired of not eating. No joke.

These people make as if you going to die quicker if you don't use their overpriced shit ,for one I tried their meal replacements & protein powder ,for one it tastes bland and you can get better quality supplements for much cheaper although they say that it's the best shit on the planet and that they have noble prize winners developing their products, by the way I didn't by it ,my sister inlaw sold their products and still does & she gave me some to try out hoping that I would become a prospective client ,so in my view ,don't fall into this trap.

Some of the Herbalife supplements have caused longlasting health problems in some users.
They do no make perfect products. Take them if you want, but be warned.

What a HUGE waste of time and energy, not to mention that Yes, it IS a pyramid scheme and the products aren't that good.
Don't go there. Been there and wasted time and money

I would advise against it. I've known people who were on it and it didn't help.

Yeah, I know it's a legal pyramid scheme. Trust me, I have no interest in selling it. I'm kinda surprised that there's this strong of a negative reaction, though. I saw my friend over the weekend for the first time in a while, and he'd been using their stuff for a few months, and I have to admit that it seemed like it was working for him... maybe there's some sort of placebo effect going on...

my mum used to be into it a good 15 years ago.
thats when i had an acne problem (at that age i'd thought it wa a huge problem, but it was quite small retrospectively speaking). mum introduced me to the herbalife lady that sold her the stuff. the lady was acting like a doctor and prescribes a certain type of pill. back then i didnt know better and started taking it. it was supposed to 'clean my system' and get rid of the acne. it was a load of bollocks. alls he wanted was the sell. i took it for a few months with no effect and realised i had wasted my time and my parents money. i have no respect for money making schemes like herbalife.

Yellowtech - I do have hard evidence, but that is the most you will get from me. If you poke around TFP long enough and realize what I do for a living, you'll probably figure out why.
Sorry to be cryptic but I don't have much choice.
