Stretch mark reduction?

After a bout with thyroid cancer and a number of other health issues, I took it upon myself to kick my own ass and get back into shape the right way. End result (thus far), is a 60 lb weight loss over a 5 month period (235-175#).

Naturally, stretch marks are running rampant. I can live with them around my arms and sides, but the ones below the naval are horrendous, along with the loose skin. I know the loose skin is something I'll have to wait on (only 21 years of age, so I'm hoping time is on my side with this one, as I can't afford plastic surgery), but is there anything I can do to diminish the stretch marks and help regain any firmness whatsoever down there? There isn't much left in the way of body fat, and muscle is not an issue.

no, basically.
stretch marks appear less red over time but you can't get rid of them.

more fire is right...they will fade and become less noticeable over time, but you will always have them

let no promises of creams or lotions cheat you out of your money...

Kind of what I figured. Doctors recommended I use vitamin E on my throat scar after surgery, didn't know if anything would have a comparable affect on the stretch marks. Thanks
