Starting a judgement recovery buisness and incorpation.

Okay, I wish to start my own small buisness. One where it can just be me, atleast at first, is ideal. My dad has one that he has been running for 25 years and its kind of in my blood. I found out of this program.. http://www.recoverycourse.com/

in a small buisness magazine. I have looked over it as best that I can and the concept makes sense to me, they are only asking $170, and I wanna try it. Now the buisness will still cost several thousand to start but the fact only a small part goes to this deal makes me think its unlikely its a scam, but the question does anyone know about this field? Is there any money to be made? I am in the Tulsa Oklahoma area and will be working in this general area. I have not been able to find anyone else in Oklahoma doing this but who knows.

The second part of my question is this, I have read in a number of places that incorporation is worthwhile, even for a one person buisness. Does anyone know anything about this? Will that add considerbly to the cost of starting?

1) They are selling something
2) They are promising good returns
3) You've never heard about it before

Sometimes we try our best to justify what seems like a good idea when it's not.

My scam alert started pinging when I read your post, and it went off the charts when I clicked that link. Save your money.

Really? I mean its only $175... Would figure if it was a scam they would ask for $7000 or something? If you click free training and enter your name and e-mail they will send you a 45 page e-mail explaining the entire course. I did that about 6 months ago and read the whole thing. Seems pretty straight forward and it never cost me a dime. I think I have gotten a total of 3 "are you intrested" e-mails since then. I am not trying to be argumentive but all I am saying is I can understand how this buisness works, or atleast the concept behind it, it makes sense to me. I am not trying to be argumentive but... I just wanna know what about it makes you think its a scam? And on the flipside... if it IS a scam how does one go about starting a buisness with next to no money and no real experience.

It's up to you to be as stupid as you want to be.

I want to be very stupid :D Okay well, I am desperate to start a buisness, I want to be free of the rat race or atleast heading in that direction. I wanna make more money (sure, we all do) Honestly I want to start a restaurant but all the people sitting on the 1.5+ million I need don't want to hand it over for some stupid reason.
