Fastest way to get a bachelors degree?
Okay, I am 22, high school grad, no college. I am fairly intelligent. I am working full time and that can't change. I have two young daughters and their mother is all but out of the picture(aww life... DHS situation, they are currently out of my care but about to be back and their mother will be taken out of the picture, they are not in her care either). I have recently decided that I wish to persue a career in law enforcement. I ultimately wish to be a detective. To get started I have to get a bachelors degree, in anything. So I went to get one as quickly as possible, cheaply and still learn a thing or two.. Ideas?

Google accelerated programs - there are lots of criminal justice/forensic science stuff out there. Check out your local police academy, I know NYC has recruitment drives constantly.

You don't need a college degree to go into law enforcement. If you would like to be a detective, you'll need to get more than just a bachelor's. Maybe what you should look into is how to get through your undergraduate degree for free. If they pay you to go to school, you don't have to worry about how long it could take you to get through. Fill out a FASFA. Search for need-based scholarships.
I'm going to a school in the University of California system. If you get in, they give grants that cover all tuition and fees to any independent that makes less than 60 grand a year. Look up the UC "Grant In Aid" program: "UC Grant-In-Aid (GIA) is funded by The Regents of the University of California and by the State of California and provides grant aid for full-time students who demonstrate financial need. The amount awarded depends upon financial need and funding levels." I make jack crap, so they also give me 5 grand a semester to cover living expenses. This is all in grants. I won't have debt when I finish my degree. I don't have to worry about keeping up my grades, I just have to focus on not getting kicked out of the program. There have to be other schools that offer similar financial aid programs. Take a look around, speak with the financial aid department at the schools you're considering. Make it work.

Well, for cheaply, go to the local community college. Quickly? I don't really know what to say besides the obvious: Take as many classes as quickly as possible (especially before the kids come to live with you). I recommend it's in something you enjoy, it will make the work go faster.
Talk to folks at the college(s) and get their input on programs and financial assistance. Realize that the info you get from the advisors will be inconsistent and should not be taken as gospel. Good luck!
