Yesterday, I jumped the gun on my beginner running program: Starting with running 1 minute, walking 2 minutes, repeated 12 times. Holy crap this running thing is hard!

My next run is tomorrow. We'll see how my recovery rate is doing.

Heh, thanks. I'm feeling really good about it. It's the kind of hard work I respond well to, and I'm sure it will be a progress more rewarding than anything else I've experienced. Leg-pressing a full rack on a universal is cool, but what else is it good for?

Holy crap this running thing is hard! My next run is tomorrow. We'll see how my recovery rate is doing.
