TFP Situp Challenge
I was inspired by the push up challenge thread and thought, well hell I have to do them anyway for training I may as well have fun with it!! Plus what good does it do to have gigantic arms ie.. Push up challenge and a big gut?
So come on lets do it!! I cant think of a target number, so lets just say 5000 in as quick a time as possible!! Come on peope lets give it hell! Ill start, 20 today so far, probably 50 more to come! By 0700 pst

Ah, I always forget to put this stuff here when I get into the groove. I did a total of 207 yesterday and the day before. And another 100 today.

30 weighted (45lb dumbbell) crunches + 12585 = 12615
