Belly Button Re-piercing questions
I've had my belly pierced since I was 14, and I'm 18 now, so going on about four years. Well this past summer I worked as a lifeguard and they required me to take it out while in my uniform(two piece) and the piercing got very shallow while the past three years it was fine....so should I take it out and allow it to close (if it even will?)
I'm curious about how the whole repiercing stuff works. Any stories, advice, experiences regarding letting their hole close-up, how long it took, how was the re-piercing portion? Did it hurt more or less? Going to a pro place jstrider suggested soon to get a professional opinion. I posted this thread on the ladies area too but am not getting too many responses. Thanks! |

Like jstrider said, go ask a professional.
Find a piercer in your area that's certified by the Association of Professional Piercers, and ask them. That's the only way you're going to get a really educated opnion, and when it comes to your body, an educated opnion is what you really want!
