I gather Chase used to have a 5% gas/groceries, 1% everything else card also, that is now discontinued. However, unlike Citi Cards, they seem to have grandfathered those that already had that deal, instead of defaulting everyone to the new, lower rewards, program like Citi. I'd still be curious about the points to dollar reward ratio if anyone has it. I suspect it's not much more than the 1% that appears to be the new standard, though.

My bank's card rewards program goes through Mastercard. You have to get like 5500 points to get the 50 dollar check. It's on www.mcrewards.net
