Dogs - Allergies
So dogs either have fur or hair. My dog has fur and I've been fine with her for years and other dogs. Lately I've begun to develop allergies (itchy, watery eyes, itchy, runny nose, sneezing). Is it possible that I have developed an allergy to my dog!!!!

I think youre actually allergic to work. Perhaps a change in air filter is needed for your heating/airconditioning unit. Pan is allergic to cats yet I have 4 and he has no problem unless he all but buries his face in one. I recommend the filtrete system. It sincerely reduced allergens. I have many people allergic to animals come to my house and I have quite the menagerie. No one has ever complained even after spending the night.

jorgelito, we can develop allergies over time but it's not necessarily your pets causing the problem. I recommending giving your home a good going over first to see if the problem is stemming from there. If there is a carpet that hasn't been cleaned in a long time, it will emit air particulate that can cause irritation.
