Your signature is so great!
If you're posting to figure out how to best be motivated... well, I think everyone has already covered this topic a million times and we can't come up with a solid answer... yet. So we're gonna keep trying. Figure out why you want the body that you'd get by going to the gym. What is it about all that muscle that makes you want it so bad? After you figure out WHY you're doing it, write it down and say it to yourself ten times a day. Find some pictures of your old, 216lb muscley self and put them on your bathroom mirror so you see them every morning and every night when you brush your teeth. Me, I found my favorite pair of shorts from when I was 16 and have them where I can see them every day... I want to be able to fit into them again. They're actually too small for my husband to wear, and I seriously can't wrap my head around the fact that I used to be smaller than my husband.... I'm going to go work out now....
