Froogle has lots of choices
in all sorts of price ranges... If you're in Harlem in NYC, I'd mosey down to the Jewelry District and take a look in the various shops... and remember in those stores, the price marked is never the price.. bargain... bargain... bargain...

Ditto on the local Jeweller.
That said, we live 5 miles from one of the largest concentrations of jewellers in the western world, and 45 miles from another.

I work at a jewelry store and my advice is...don't buy online. Nothing beats the full experience of walking into a a jewelry store and hearing their (diamond) presentation. Go to the mall stores...but barter with them as they mark the prices up as they expect you to discount. Get her finger size, go to a store, buy it, size the ring...and they'll have it ready for you w/in a couple of days.
As for some jewelry stores... Frielanders, Kays, Oasterman's, Ben Bridge, Helzberg, Fred Meyers, Shane Co, Jared The Galleria of Jewelry....they are all reputable. |
