I went Kewpie Dan style today. Pushups and bicep curls together. I am currently having trouble holding my mug of milk.
+310 47 340 + 310 = 47 650

How does someone do 300+ pushups in a day, let alone 450? I'm in pretty good shape and I can't do that.
Anyhoo... 47,650 + 121 47,771

460 as promised.
new total = 48 625! paq and toaster: i am (un)lucky (depends on how you look at it) enough to have a pretty sedentary job so i have lots of energy to burn off at the end of the day. in a way i have to do so much exercise or else i'll balloon up. also because i have to get to bed early and wake up earlier i just go crazy with a compound exercise like pushups to maximize my workout time. i am in awe of the guys and girls who work physically demanding jobs AND then do the pushups. it's for you guys and girls that i push myself so hard...

Come to Toronto on the 13th, and i'll show ya Seriously though, it's just practice. If you read the earlier pages, I think I started at 100 a day. It just kept going up after a while.
