Locating a person?
Is it possible to search for someone who is under 18 and does not live on their own? Would they have any sort of searchable record out there?
Also, I know a lot of people are unlisted in online searches etc, but is there a place that does list them? I know, kind of a dumb question! |

Yeah, actually, check out Lycos People Finder. True, while it doesn't show ALOT of people, it does show a decent amount if you're searching for a particular person.
Search them like you would a phone book number, father's first name and their last name. I'm pretty sure you can search by location, phone number, e-mail address... If gives you a very accurate home address for the person you're trying to find, so pop it in MapQuest afterwards and you'll be able to find out exactly where they are, if you're looking to get there, of course. This should be able to help you. :/
