Clean stains

I have a back pack that has some dark marks on it and i need it cleaned, i ran it through the wash with a normal load with detergant and what now but it still has some black marks on it. It is a red and black back pack if that matters.

If the stain is fairly new, try something called "Z-Out" (or zout). Works well for our stuff.

Also depends on the stain.

I actually think that it is just dirt. The stains arent new so i dont know if that would work should i still try it? Where can you buy it?

I'd guess dirt should just come off in the wash. Heck, my magic clothes cleaning tool is called my wife. God, I'd be so lost without her. And dirty.

I washed it in the washer once but it was with other clothes maybe i will put it in by itself with a lower water level...

I once heard that you can use the stuff that mechanics use to clean their hands off grease it works real good on stains. Or try Quick and Brite, or Oxi Clean.
