If it's from Lithuania, it's probably Lithuanian. I can't translate it--sorry.
EDIT: I pieced this together as a direct translation, piecemeal through Google searches translated. Bear in mind the syntax is off because of the directness: "...blog about scrapbooking, whole have anything useful be to, it is links to other type of blogs" It seems it's just a linking thing they want.
