The sad thing is I'm sure a lot of these were added because someone actually did one of those things and sued the company. Now they put those on there to protect themselves from getting sued again.
|
In Valdez, AK they have to use snowblowers on the roofs. Every now and then they don't realize how far they have gone ... plunk.
|
"for any other function that involves insertion into a body cavity"
|
OH dang i should make those for reall!
|
"Do not allow children to play inside the dishwasher."
I'm just stunned. |
"Never use hair dryer while sleeping."
I'll remember to keep that in mind. Hahah these are good, I love how they're forced to put stupid things like this cause of stupid people. |
Some I've heard of, but most I hadn't. Good work, Captin
|
I love warning labels.

A household iron warns users: "Never iron clothes while they are being worn."
A label with a hair dryer reads, "Never use hair dryer while sleeping roflmao... how stupid can people get these days. ahahha  |
It's sad to see the extent companies have to go to protect themselves from being sued these days... funny but sad
|
true .. it's not that people are more stupid .. they're just more inclined to sue for money any way possible ^_^
|
I've had to use a snowblower on a roof. The warning on that makes sense. Most flat roofs where it might need to be used usually have a cover of gravel. Snowblowers shoot that stuff at amazing speed and distance.
We were using them after a blizzard to keep the roof from collapsing. |
what is sad is that someone had to do something stupid to make the companies put a warning abou it

Husqvarna Chainsaw: "Do not attempt to stop chain with hands or genitals"
