What is your Xbox's nickname?
 

I am just wondering what the nickname for everyone's Xbox is? Mine is "Tooth". One of my friend's is "Killer", another is "Disco", and another is "Cupid". You can find it by loading up a system link game. I have heard you can change it on some games, but not on Halo, which is what we usually play.

I call the one at work 'Bane'.

it was awesome, we found my buddy's Xbox is named "Darling", we laughed our asses off over that.

well it was goat, appently if you do some tricky things w/ halo you can change your Xboxes name....some kid was playing halo unlocked it didnt know what it was so he put in his name so now goat is Brad .. BOW TO THE BRAD BABY

Mine is named Stompy. Between me and my friends we have seen Cupid, Squirrel, God, Fred, and a few others I can't remember. It seemed to us that our boxes randomly choose names from our Halo profiles.

Mine is Sleepy...seems so appropriate someh....ZZzzzz ZZzzzz

grayman, sorry being very thick, but how do you find it? I don't play syslink games, so an instructional how 2 would be preferable.

The only way I know of to see it is to play a system link game. Maybe you can see it if you play on Xbox Live, but I don't know for sure. I felt bad about mine being "tooth" until I saw "Cupid" and "Darling."

the easiest way for me to change the name of my box is playign doa3 and getting a high score. Whatever name i use for the high score becomes my xbox's name. Or you can change it in an ini somewhere if youve got a modchip.

XBus, because its a freaking huge concle, that should drive off a bridge. Microsoft cant make gaming concles, Graphics arnt everything, or anything. There used to be this thing called Gameplay??? and Quality??? Yeah look at Squaresoft, they manage to cover all of these, even graphics that could fuck microsoft in the ass. Same with nintendo, they can whip out some mean storyline, and gameplay, ie. Metroid, Zelda.

some how mines Ogre840 (think i changed it when i first got it and dont remember how) even on halo... wish i could change it to 'The Ogre's Den'...

oh and my friends is also Penguin... so is that 3 penguins???
