my comp can run regular BF1942 alright, but my fps drops to a halt at times when playing the DC mod.

A Terminator conversion would be sweet, imagine being able to pilot HK's.. *drools*

Anybody have any helpful hits on how to fly the choppers without a joystick with analog throttle? My main problem seems to be flying without having the throttle at max. Is there a script (not hack) that allows you increase/decrease your throttle and leave it there without having to hold any buttons?

just keep practicing by yourself on a server and you'll eventually get the pitch/roll down. here is a guide that might help a little
