Battlefield 2
If you visit this link you may experience shortness of breath and become light headed.
http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/ba...ml?tag=mp_2to9 |
Oh yea, that's going to be a time sink.
|
Here's to hoping it won't be Nerfed like the previous ones.
|
I preorder it,watch it be delay until summer time or end of the year.
|
Ever since I saw the clip with the missile going through the chopper, I was all like:
Iwantiwantiwantiwantiwantiwantiwantiwantiwantiwantiwantiwantiwantiwantiwant! |
This game will earn me an academic discharge from school.
|
i think i just pee'd a little!
wow that looks awsum |
Hmmm food of the gods :)
(well game for the gods hehe) |
Really hyped for this and the game F.E.A.R
|
Looks like it is now being pushed back to 2006.

Well, I am confused but that is great news!
|
Every time i play BF1942 90% of my team just stands in the airfield waiting for planes to spawn.
That's why I like servers with FF on so I can take a Jeep and plow them all down |

The game is due june, 2005 :)
Is it just me who can't wait? To be honset I'm getting tired of the old one... |

I am waiting for a solid release date before I pre-order it.
This will be the first new release I will have bought in many, many years. |
I loved the first one, especially for LAN play. I'll also pre-order so I hope they didn't mess up the gameplay.
|
I can't wait for this one. I'm trying to occupy myself with the DCX mod until it comes out. Hope I can wait that long.
|
As they say in Jamaica.
Soon come. Soon come. I heard demo 6/10. Fingers crossed. |
I am really excited about this release, but if the airplanes and helis (especially the helis) handle like they do in Vietnam I will be very disappointed. Hopefully they'll handle more like DC, but this quote from an article about an E3 hands-on scares me a bit:
<i>"Even though we were playing with other E3 attendees who had no prior experience with the game, it's clear that anyone who's played Battlefield 1942 or Battlefield Vietnam can jump in the game with ease. The trick is to master the team tactics and commander controls, the same ones that let a well-coordinated team steamroll a random collection of players. The helicopter controls are still going to drive novices crazy, and we promptly flew a Hind attack helicopter sideways and into the ground. Mercifully, we managed to get out in time, and the chopper didn't explode. It was fun to then see another player jump in and take off, only to lawn-dart it right into the ground. He exploded. So, once again, helicopters are going to be the domain of the chopper pilots.</i> http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/ba...w_6125683.html |
The choppers in BF:V piloted about 90% the same as they do in DC! The only difference was a slight reduction in manueverability and auto-hover. I was quite pleased with how they handled the helicopters in BF:Vietnam...they could have made them control like crap. I do prefer DC helo controls over Vietnam controls, but Vietnam was close enough to DC that I didn't mind. I do hope BF:2 has DC controls (or Vietnam controls at the very least).
I seriously can't wait for this game. I've played BF1942, Desert Combat mod, and BFVietnam to death. I LOVE these games and BF:2 is looking to be just as good. -Lasereth |
I was addicted to the original and can't wait for this one! My only problem might be that my graphics card probably won't work: G-force 4 Ti... so i'll probably have to get a new one but it looks like it'll be worth it!
|
I have seen the future of my gaming. It's name is Battlefield 2. *whimper*
|
It's officially gone gold...and will allegedly be available on June 21! Hooray!!
|
This one is SO on my list. Luckly it comes out a few days before my next lan party. SWEET!!! :-)
|
so who's on my team? lol.
We definitely all need to get together in a game and blow some stuff up. :) |
Got my pre-order headset from EB Games and just waiting on the release :D
|
When is the release on this title again? I can't wait, looks very promising!
|
June 21st, 2005.
|
Thank you very much for the info.
|
Demo is out, and you can't DL it.. =[
|

You know of any obscure websites hosting it? All the servers on the mentioned site are packed, and torrent is telling me 40+ hours |
Well I downloaded it, installed it, and was crushed.. I have a GeForce 4.. I can't play. This fucking SUCKS. Im sure my card could handle it, it's handled every other top end game from Doom 3 to HalfLife 2 thus far.. Bleh, if anyone knows a workaround please share!
|
Anyone have a link that works for BF2 demo download?? I can't find anything that doesn't have a massive wait. IM me at Renegade Magius if you have the exe and will send it to me or have a link. Or just post a link here!! I want this demo now!
-Lasereth |
3Dgamers.com has a link to the torrent.
|
I got it here: http://www.download.com/Battlefield-...-10404526.html
It took a few minutes reloading the page so I could get it started, but once it started I was getting about 120k/s. Impressions: very cool. Just what I was expecting except for the fact that I can't get it to recognize the left and right action of my Saitek joystick. Everything else works fine... up and down, throttle, rudder, buttons. |
BF 2 Torrent
This was the best torrent i could find, there was 540 some seeds when i started. Hope it helps |

Same problem. I have a Radeon 9800PRO 128 and I can only run at 800x600 with medium settings. Looks pretty shitty
|
Yeah I cant play it either... still running my Geforce Ti4400
|
Been playing this demo for a while today.. god damn it's fun.
I can't get the hang of the jets though, that shit's hard to control! |
*EDIT* Nevermind. :)
-Lasereth |
I'm at 45% of the download, hope my 9200 will hold up

I'm loving the demo of this game. It's running very well on my rig with high detail.
The inf weapons feel nice and tight, the kits are well balanced. I played both as the MEC and USMC and did well with the assault kit on both sides. Sprint ability for inf is really neat. Squads are going to change the way people play this type of game. They are easy to use, a real boon to gameplay and more fun than a barrel of greased up monkeys! Respawning at your squad leader & medics allow for much less running from spawnpoint to enemy spawnpoint. Commander mode is way cool, raining down arty on the bad guys is awesome, as is dropping resupply. I don't fly, so I don't fly. I really suck at it, so I can't say anything about that. I did use the tanks and LAVs a lot and again, well balanced and hell of a lot of fun. The firing port guns in the APCs seem pretty useless, but it beats firing your own ammo! To change resolution edit your short cut as follows ...Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2 Demo\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +szx 1680 +szy 1050 (edit 1680 and 1050 for your desired resolution). read that someplace. The map Gulf of Oman is cool. It was a nice size for the 32 player games, if maybe a little crowded for 64. Mounted AA and MGs in bases provide for much more fun out of defense. Also walls with firing steps are terrific. The graphics...I've got a Sapphire X800 256MB AGP card and I'm running it widescreen mode. It looks fantastic. Some things, like watching someone else sprint, look very real. The body modeling is great, except, bad ragdoll deaths...which can lead to some funny deaths, like when you have no idea 2 guys are right outside the bunker you are fighting from until an explosion of some sort blasts their bodies against the wall next to you. I'm buying this game. Big props. |
haha, ended up getting a better graphics card, Gforce 6800 for my comp. and have been playing the demo all day... soooo great! i can't wait for the game!
|
Just got the demo last night and I must say I'm impressed. Graphics are nice of course, but the new team-based gameplay is terrific. I can't wait for the full version.
I also noticed that the AI actually works now. I was sniping one of the bots when he ducked into a doorway for cover, then popped out after I turned my attention elsewhere. As for graphics I've got a 9800 Pro and it runs very nice. As portwineboy said, the modeling and physics look great as well. The shell-shock feature reminiscent of MOH is nice too. |
I have a 9800 Pro as well, here's to hoping it handles the game well enough to play.
|
Loving it :) Been playing it for a few days.
Get a good squad and its great, get a poor one and its a bit bad sometimes. Bullet spread/drop is a bit weird (I'm use to JO) but can get use to it. The Heavy machine guns dont seem to very good but I never am good with them in any game :) :) Medic kicks arse (almost as good as JO medic ;)). Cant wait for the full game. |
I've been playing the demo quite a bit, and I had to go ahead and pre-order the game.
I had to dial back some of the detail to get a good frame rate with my 9800 pro, but it still looks awesome. Some of the machine guns in say, the anti-tank class seem to fire nerf bullets, but that's about my only complaint. The animations are great, gameplay is fun, and the sounds are amazing. I ended up buying the Zboard keyboard...which, if you look on the zboard.com website, has a rebate for the limited edition Battlefield2 keyset insert ($20, making it free) when you buy the regular keyboard and the insert at the same store. Having the BF2 keys labelled makes learning the new controls a lot easier. |
You're not liking the heavy machine gun? I love it, supports one of my favorite classes... you just gotta make sure you go prone if you want any kinda accuracy.
|
I have been enjoying the demo too, have to say I like the USMC engineer class. Takes a bit to get use to the shotgun but it is a great weapon. Only drawback is you need to be fairly close to use it with any power.
|
um, I dl'ed the demo and i think there was an error in installing the directx 9.0c and it wont run now, is there any way to uninstall or rollback directx without formatting windows. And I dont have system restore on because I forgot to turn it back on. :(
|
Try reinstalling direct x 9.0c.
|
it wont let me. I try reinstalling it and it just goes from click next to install straight to you are finished installing in like 1 second. :(
|
Man is this an awesome demo, the total emersion I get when I play with the base cranked up, the artillery strikes, oh man its intense.
INTENSE! |

is the AI(bots) better than 1942? i mean: can i play a single player game and still have a chalenge?
well i just read you can't play single player games with more than 16 ppl. so it sucks for me. wont be playing. |
For those of you on the try-it before you buy-it program. Battlefield 2 is out. Several groups have it....
Ahem, Game of the Year ~easy~ |
got the demo a while a go, and i cant say im impressed. it feels just like bf1942, with all of it's ridiculous problems, but tries harder.
i would prefer bf1942 because it doesnt really try to be tactical. bf2 just fails at being slow and tactical. there is still way too much jump-shooting, circle strafing, parachute-kamakaziing and tank-charge-bailing-out-ing. a few improvements being better kits and better weapons but thats about it. as with bf1942, i find single player way more enthralling. as bots actually know how to use spawn zones, cover, and don't play like silly zerg-rush/flashbanging CSers. Call of Duty (with expansion) is still the best game like this out there, to date. Fast, furious, but extremely slow and tactical. Great vehicle incorporation and balance. |
Is Battlefield 2 entirely online, or is there a campaign mode to you know?
Same with Call of Duty. I'm looking for good FPS but the computer that's going to be fast enough to play it will be internet-less until September. |
Call of Duty has a nice campaign mode, but BF2 has a single player mode also.
BF2 is less story like, however it's my opinion that it's better than CoD |
EA's lack of CO-OP / Bot Support in any shape or form is just downright fucking stupid. Bots are fun in MP, I guess they just dont care anymore about the fans.
|
people keep talking about the "wow" factor and Total Immersion of battlefield2.
frankly, the second someone lept out of an apache, and ran at me i lost all faith in this game. What was good about bf1942, is that it WAS cheesy. There was no denying it. "I'll fly my zero right over that enemy carrier, and single handedly take down the entire enemy fleet" But it just doesn't work for bf2, a game which tries to be a little more realistic. Small arms hurting tanks? A few bumps and dunes damaging tanks? I really would have liked this game to have 1-shot kills. I pumped several shots from my m16 into an enemy today before he finally died. Stupid. If you're going to give us a flashbanging, intense, explosions, circle-strafing, fast combat game, with powerups, give us Quake, or unreal. And if you're going to give us a squad-based, tactical shooter, give us COD, AA or even Rogue Spear. There's too much in between. The devs should have sat down and made up their mind on which game they were making. Anyway, anyone ever played Vietcong? That game was fantastic. I played the demo (2 map demo) online for almost a year before i found the game at a store. Single Player was crap, but multiplayer was awesome. I stuck to playing mostly the 2 demo maps (bridge something, and river something or other) and that was fun. It had the perfect balance of slow-tactical combat (i.e. iron sight aiming, no crosshair, etc) and insane hectic action, tons of crossfires, enemies in bushes, snipers, bayonets, cover fire. It didn't do so well, and i rarely hear talk of it, a real shame. That game (mp anyway) had it going on. |
I completely disagree with nearly every negative comment about the game so far. The game is strategic, moreso than any other in the series. The squads allow you to spawn at your captain...that's a HUGE strategic advantage with one simple game addition. The UAVs, artillery strikes, medic kits...it's all a major improvement over the others. I don't know why people keep saying the game isn't realistic enough even though it's trying to be. It's a Battlefield game for crying out loud!! BF2 is just like the other games in its core. The iron sights make the game a lot more "gunlike." It feels like you're actually shooting a gun moreso than the previous games.
The only small kits that damage a tank are the <B>anti-tank</B> and special ops kits, both of which are designed to take out tanks. Yes, small dunes and hills damage them, but it's never a lot unless you go off a huge dropoff. Regular grenades to next to nothing to the tanks, much less infantry rifles. It's all very balanced. The non-anti-armor kits have better automatic rifles but lack the firepower to take out tanks and vice versa. The graphics are incredible in this game and the sound is superb. The controls and animations are extremely fluid, even moreso than the controls in 1942 (Vietnam had some weird prone issues). A lot of people are complaining that BF2 can't decide whether it wants to be a tactical, strategic shooter ONLY or an arcade-like shooter ONLY. Why can't it be both? Both work, both are fun, and it appeals to both kinds of gamers. Choosing one or the other would make the game not fun for half the people that play BF. I personally love doing insane stunts in the aircraft as well as going in SWAT-style with my squad to a flag. I can't understand why you'd want one or the other when you can have both. All BF2 is an updated 1942 with a few core additions that make it seem really fresh. That's all I wanted and I'm extremely satisfied. I love this game! -Lasereth |
Its good, if you can get a game. the browser is crap! :(

I still don't understand why EA / Dice keeps leaving out a favorite feature.
It took forever for them to add it to a patch on 1942. Hopefully they won't take as long this time. |
I got the demo last night and it's pretty fun but it gets choppy with my outdated 9600 all in one. I was reloading and I got killed by a medic with his shock paddles!

Still waiting for more reviews before i go and purchase it, Does ASE support it? |
I picked up the full game last Friday and played all weekend.
It seems that there is a problem with almost any "ranked" server...horrid lag even with low pings. I've found the "EA Official US..." servers to be the most stable but they are almost always full. I didn't have much lag with non-ranked servers. My internet connection is really damn fast so that's not it. The demo ran smoothly for me... The server browser is indeed crap. It also works with gamespy but since I don't use that I'm not sure if it's any better. I don't know what ASE is. |

I'm having a lot of fun with BF2 as well. My favorite class has to be assault with anti-tank coming in second, if only because every time I switch out of it, a vehicle kills me. The grenade launcher is a bit tricky to use at first but I got the hang of it now and I happily toss grenades through windows or at fleeing enemies 100 feet away. The machine gun in the support class is too inaccurate for my liking, with other guns you can use single shot to get at least a semblance of accuracy. Special Forces and medic is pretty cool, medic is easily the most useful class in the game and I'll probably unlock their weapon first. Anyway, I love the infantry combat, it's just loads of fun and the commander adds some nice depth to it.
Oh yeah, I don't think ASE works with BF2. You can search for servers but can't join a server directly from ASE. Even looking for a server in ASE and then writing down the ip is probably easier or at least more effective than using the crappy ingame browser though. For example, I go to the filters and checkmark the Not Full box but when I refresh, 90% of the servers are full? Ok.... Also, does anyone know how to skip past the intro stuff? There's usually something you can put in the command line to skip them for EA games. (Challenge everything) |
to skip the intro, just search the bf2 folder for the videos, they are named stuff like intro.bik just change the extension .bik to .bak and voila, no more intro
|
Okay so I'll be the first to admit that I'm a newbie to the Battlefield games, but is there only the one game type? Also, where's the campaign mode? Unless I'm missing something, it seems like there should be alot more to this game than one game type and a handfull of maps with no single player campaign.
Regardless, I'm having fun playing the game right now providing I can find a server with playable latency. Is there an unofficial TFP server? That would be pretty cool. |
There isn't really a single player campaign like MOHAA in BF series. You can play "offline" with bots, but I don't think that's what you are looking for.
I was a little suprised too that there was only one game type - "Conquest" and no others, but I'm guessing that since that mode was far and away the most popular they decided to eliminate the others. |
Much love tenchi069!
|
That's really disappointing about the lack of campaign and play modes. It seems like a half-assed attempt at game design thrown in the packaging and price of a full game. If they were going to cripple the game so badly, I wonder why they didn't at least design a ton of maps? This is quite irritating.
|
This game, like many others being released nowadays, is centered around online play. The browser interface could be redone, but i see no reason to add an extensive single player campaign.
|
damnit, sorry, double post
|
I should rephrase my position. I don't mind that it doesn't have a single player campaign. I can live with that. But I DO want more game modes and alot more maps. Perhaps I'm spoiled, or perhaps this simply isn't my genre, who knows?
While I do have problems with the game, I think that the game that is there is great. I'm having tons of fun playing it. |
The demo has a single player mode with bots, doesn't the full version have one?
Online play is fun but it would be nice to have some sort of way to test abilities and group players as such. One thing that always turned me off to playing Quake 3: Arena was that I'd get railed so damn fast. Maybe if I get this early I can be on a more level playing field. |
Yes, there is a single player "bot match" version. That's what I played before going online as well, and still got railed :). But it's still fun, even when you suck at it.
|
To people who have played the demo and the full version: how much more does the full version offer? To be honest, I have so much fun driving around dukes of hazzard style in the demo, I don't know what more the full vers has to offer.
|
The full version has more maps, and the ability to drive/fly more vehicles. It also has a ranking system where you can earn different rewards based on your rank, but I've yet to be able to get into a ranked game.
|
I think I'll get this game. It's pretty fun and I like blowing up tanks with the rocket launcher. I also like the special ops kit.
How much do commands and teamwork come into play online? Is it really necessary? I do see a lot of potential problems with snipers being campers though. |
Commands and teamwork are huge online. As far as snipers being campers, it's not as bad as camping vehicles. A sniper can be counter-sniped relatively easily, blown up, or whatever. If you've got some clown with a tank (ie. me) at a spawn point, it can take quite some time to clear them out.
|
Quote:
Commander/Squad combat is a huge part of online. If your squad has a headset it's even better, but the in-game command menu if just fine if not. The only problem is people not listening to the commands of the squad leaders and commanders. It really does make a difference in the course of the game. |
I got the game last night, and have been playing it all morning. I really like the squad aspect, and I've already got my first medal (basic first aid, woohoo!)
|
Good God, I cannot stand the stupid interface of this game. Setting up, searching for games, connecting, accessing menus, it just seems so outrageously slow.
The game itself rocks, but I find myself not starting it up on occasion because of this aggrivation! |

Community Update - 6/30/05 Update 1.01 Coming Soon That's right, the first Battlefield 2 Update is coming your way very soon. We've kept quiet about this update so far, but today we're going to reveal the major fixes coming with the Update. The best part is, every fix in this update is a result of Community feedback on the demo and retail game release. Fixes -Fixed issues that caused the Multiplayer Browser to become unresponsive. We've added some new functionality and buttons to the Multiplayer Browser that make finding an open game of Battlefield 2 much, much easier. Issues users have encountered involving zero ping servers or browser hangs have all be addressed. -Fixed an issue where some game controls were not available to be rebound within the Options menu. Some functions previously were not available to be rebound in the Controls Options menus. These items have been added to make rebinding of functions much easier. -Fixed a crash with rebinding LMB Users who rebind the Left Mouse Button to "Move forward" rejoice! With these fixes and more, it should be much easier to get in to a game of Battlefield 2 and that much easier to play it the way you want to play it. Look for this update to be deployed into battle some time next week! Linux Server Build Many of you have made us aware of issues with the previously released retail Linux server (2442) in both 32-bit and 64-bit environments. DICE has finished work on a replacement build and QA has been working hard to validate something that we can release to the community. Our goal is to get a fully operational version of the Linux server out to the Community ASAP. Stay tuned to this spot for updates. BF2 Editor Update Those of you who have been watching this space over the last couple of weeks are aware the BF2 Editor was intended to be released to the Community by the end of June. While we feel we are on the homestretch now in terms of being able to release a complete Battlefield 2 Mod Development Toolkit, we will not be able to meet our previously stated goal. At this time, we are committed to getting the Open Beta of the Battlefield 2 Editor released some time in July. Stay tuned to this space for more details. Advanced Tactical Center for Battlefield 2 Releasing! Tomorrow marks the initial release to the community of a tool built by Foolish Entertainment especially for Battlefield 2 - the Advanced Tactical Center for Battlefield 2. This easy to use tool allows your clan to communicate tactics easily and evolve them together in real time! There are also some new tools to the ATC like "zoom", "export tactic" and a "Custom Map Wizard" that builds upon the already large library of tools! Create and manage your squad before even joining a server with ATC. For more information on ATC, visit www.foolishentertainment.com Have a greath 4th everybody! |
Just got this, had some difficulties installing and getting started. Left a sour taste, and so far I don't care for it. Hopefully that will fade and Ill like it more after that patch. I really havnt seen much of an improvment over BF1942, at least not worth a whole new game. They basically just took the desert combat mod and upgraded it. Not sure if thats worth $55.
|
i didn't like the game that much... The interface is WAYYYY too complicated how you have to make ur own account w/ email and everything... The physics are crap, but everything else is very good.
|
I'm really really really (really) loving this game.
The browser issues have mostly been cleared up with the 1.01 patch. I've found that the game does take upwards of 900Mb of RAM at times! I close down my non-essential stuff before I launch. I had problems with login/the movies so I renamed the movies folder to _movies and now I get right to login, no prob. I also had probs installing as my DVD ROM drive doesn't like this version of securerom. I installed over a network share and use an image to mount. PM for details...I play online, ranked (as portwineboy, sometimes i suck) so I'm not talking about warez or shit. This being said................I love this fucking game. :D It's awesome. Don't bother with 64 player servers...they become m203/tow spamfests. A good pickup squad (and I had one tonight) on a 32 player server can take a ticket loss-fest and turn it around into a win. I really also like medals, badges, etc., and ranks. I unlocked my first weapon last week and went with the L85 for my medics. Wow! Wow! I love this friggin gun. Yea, this is an extension on BF42 but c'mon, don't you think squads, medics, commanders and integrated voice comms that are easy to use and only apply to the squad you are in are a pretty big upgrade? I do. And sweet fucking graphics? Sorry for being so vehement  but damn, I love this game. Yea, I know I used "fest" too many times too. |
I'm liking this game a bit more now, my only problem is with how long it takes to unlock weapons. The first unlock is at 10,500 which isnt so bad...if it was every 10,500 points. But it goes up, way up, making it nearly impossible to unlock them all for a normal player. Most will only unlock the first two weapons which leads to players making multiple accounts so they have all the unlocks earlier, just not on the same character.
Private- No Unlocks PFC- No Lance Corporal- 1st unlock Corporal- 2nd Unlock Sergeant- 3rd Unlock Staff Sergeant- 4th Unlock Gunnery Sergeant- 5th Unlock Master Sergeant- 6th Unlock First Sergeant- No Unlocks Master Gunnery Sergeant- Last Unlock and point cost: 500 0 2 RANK_1 1000 1 3 RANK_2 10500 2 4 RANK_3 25000 3 5 RANK_4 50000 4 6 RANK_5 75000 5 7 RANK_6 150000 6 9 RANK_7 150000 6 9 RANK_8 250000 7 12 RANK_9 250000 7 12 RANK_10 250000 7 12 RANK_11 2500000 9 13 RANK_12 Now conisder I've played on rank servers probably 4-6 hours (maybe more) and only have 250 points! (I also only have 1 loss so far, which means most of my points have been doubled because I was on the winning team). Now also consider I usually score in the top half, so its not like I horribly suck and am getting last place every time. That's a little insane, all this does is create a bigger gap between the good players with a lot of time and the average player. Luckily most weapon upgrades don't seem to be a huge upgrade. So at least there's that, and at least we have the system at all for something to work toward. Of course there's also some pretty annoying bugs/problems with it too, there are cheats/hacks out there to unlock all the weapons and raise your stats. Plus I've had ranked games where my score wasnt recorded for some reason. :( One that wasnt recorded was a game where I really kicked ass too, had about 30 kills and had a gold star (1st place) at the end of the game. So, what do you all recommend as unlocking for your first weapon? Anyone know what having more deaths does to your score? Does it subtract points? My name in game is DeadResident. |
You may not want to install the new patch, apparently it is having problems.

Yeah its allready to late for me, patch installed and it caused more problems rather fixing anything.
Then to top that off the only server I play on cant even run now because of that memory bug. Blaaah! First its the linux bug for our server, and now 1.01 just made it far worse... We allready decided to back to 1.0 , glad to see EA is too. |
That blows. I haven't had any problems but I only played last night for a few hours and certainly don't run a server. Latest news appears to be that EA and DICE are testing a fix for Windows servers...fix may require complete reinstall of software on the server side only.
|
I installed the new patch but did not have chance to try it out. Gone back to the old version and apart from the crappy browser the game is still loads of fun :)
Not sure what gun to pick up for my first unlock. Either SA80 or the other gun for the anti tanker ;0 |
Well it's official. EA is recommending you reinstall the entire game and do not apply the current 1.01 patch. Rank and medals will not be affected. New patch due soon.
I'm getting hit by the memory leak now too, which manifests itself with a punkbuster problem "empty win32 modules list". Argh. :( |
