Go ahead and kill people more than 10 levels below. You'll be dishonored from your own town and factioned incredibly bad. Then you'll have to pay a ton to get new gear, have guards kick your ass around every corner and be known as the dishonorable newb-ganker. Not to mention you won't be the leader of the Alliance for honorable kills but will simply lose reputation until you can't enter towns. Blizzard is concerned with people camping newbie areas so killing those who are 10 levels below you will gain a bad reputation.
