Golden Sun 1 or 2
|
Metroid Fusion rules. THats my No. 1
Mario anything. Advanced wars (or whatever its called) Sequel coming out soon. Golden sun also kicks booty to the extreme. Enjoy your purchase. |
Zelda
also Castelvania (sp?) was pretty good. like Symphoney of the night on PS1 |
Golden Sun is definitely a winner.

I just got one, too. I have a list of about 15 games on top of the few I've already picked up....
Here's my "want" list. Or the list of games that I've seen consistantly get good reviews: Warioware Circle of the Moon Doom II Golden Sun Golden Sun: Lost Age Two Towers Mega Man Zero Metroid Fusion Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance Sonic Advance 2 Street Fighter Alpha 3 Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2 Super Street Fighter II: Turbo Revival Yoshi Island: Super Mario Advance 3 I've bought Zelda, Mario Kart, Tony Hawk, F-Zero, Bomberman, and had to pick up Wolf3d and Duke Nukem. |
OK, so most of the previous posters have mentioned my top favs. Lemme give some that haven't been mentioned yet but should.
Puyo Pop - yeah, you'll feel like an 8 year old playing it. But it has the same kind of addictive quality that Tetris does. SpiderMan, Mysterios Menace - A lot of fun, more of a platform game but still pretty fun. Samurai Jack - Well animated and fun. If you are a fan of the series, get it. If you aren't a fan, you might end up one after you play this game. Tactics Ogre - Final Fantasy Tactics like gameplay and story on the GBA, really fun. Eye of the Beholder - If you are a fan of the old Gold Box D&D games, you'll like this. If you are looking for visually stimulating games, skip this one. |
Golden Sun and Metroid Fusion, and Tetris of course :-)

yah... i bought a gba and bought the afterburner and a stealth chip for the afterburner... its great... i like it more then the sp... the hand positions are far superior on the regular one for people with big hands like me...
and right now im saving up and am gonna get a back up cartridge so i can play roms from the net... |
I cannot emphasize enough that DooM is, and will always be, a most tasteful choice.
|
Castlevania: Circle of the Moon
Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow Lunar Legends(If you haven't played lunar on saturn or playstation)(or if you really liked the other versions and want to play it again) |
What is GBA SP (sorry if this is a stupid question, I just recently got ps II, before that it was Intellivision and NES?)
|
GBA SP = Gameboy Advance SP. The Gameboy Advance is Nintendo's latest handheld console, and the SP is a new version of it that was released a few months ago.
Metroid Fusion. Definetly. |
games i would get if i had sp (I have the GBA)
Metroid Fusion All castlevanias. though wait on Harmony if yer low on cash Super Mario World Advance Tactics Ogre Advanced Wars have fun |
yes i second advance wars...and advance wars 2 is coming out pretty soon.
|
All Castlevania Games
Zelda: Link to the Past Metroid Fusion Pokemon Ruby/Saphirre Golden Sun 1 & 2 |
i just got Sonic Advance II last night. Its pretty good. I'd recommend you buy it, but buy it used. 30$ for a GBA game is too much...
|
All games previously mentioned mentioned are really good. Other games to check out are the port of Contra 3 and the three other Legend of Zelda titles: Link's Awakening, Oracle of Seasons, and Oracle of Ages. The latter two can connect to get cool bonuses like huge swords and what not.
