Highly Anticipated RPGs?
What roleplaying games are being pretty highly anticipated this year? Or even next? I can think of at least two, those being Final Fantasy XII and Xenosaga: Episode II. Any other games, or thoughts on these up-and-comers?

Fable. Although I guess that came out this week, it was still VERY highly anticipated.
If you count MMORPG's there's World of Warcraft and EQ2 later this year as well. |
Dragon Age and Neverwinter Nights 2. They will be coming out in '05 and '06 respectively. Personally I'm more interested in NWN2, but Dragon Age looks really cool.

I dunno about this year, but I can't remember any RPG that was anticipated more than FF7.

Knights of the Old Republic 2 and Dungeon Siege 2. Also will be quite interested to see what the new updated Bards Tale game is going to be like. Have a look at the website (click on the woman a few times for a laugh)

I'm looking forward to The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II - The Sith Lords, and Jade Empire.

The old Bard's Tale was played on 286's in the 80's... so no, it's not QUITE like that :-p
