What is a good game?
I have a Gamecube and I was just wondering if there are any good 1st person shooter games that have a really good multiplayer mode. Right now the only 1st person shooter I have is Red Faction 2 and I don't like the multiplayer because they didn't put nearly as much effort into the levels (you can only blow up certain sections of the walls, they only lead to secret areas, no blowing off corners, and some supports you can blow the concrete off, but they put steel bars in the middle). Plus the scope on the rail gun is worse than the first game. It sucks that they don't have the first Red Faction for Gamecube.

I can't think of many FPS's with great multiplayer for the GC. But, if you don't have Super Smash Brothers Melee, I would recommend picking it up. It's pretty cheap now, and it is one of the best multiplayer games out there in my opinion.

One day an Englishman, a Scotsman, and an Irishman walked into a pub together. They each bought a pint of Guinness. Just as they were about to enjoy their creamy beverage, three flies landed in each of their pints. The Englishman pushed his beer away in disgust. The Scotsman fished the fly out of his beer and continued drinking it, as if nothing had happened. The Irishman, too, picked the fly out of his drink but then held it out over the beer and yelled "SPIT IT OUT, SPIT IT OUT, YOU BASTARD!" |

Yeah, TS2 is about your only option. However, TS3 is coming. So is Second Sight, which is a 3rd-person shooter, but still good. Star Fox is looking to end up a great vehicle shooty fun-fest, too. Metroid Prime: Echoes has an MP mode as well, but I'm not too excited about that.
