Looking for a game
 

I used to play this online game that I really want to find again.

Here's the description: It was a 2D space shooter game, and I believe it was multiplayer. There were powerups and stuff you could get for your ship, and the controls were quite simple.

I know that's really vague, but that's all I remember of it. Oh, and it was free.

Does this ring any bells with anyone? Thanks.

Yes i know what you're talking about, but i fogot the name, shit. I'll ask one of my friends tonight. He had it on his mac i belive. They recently redid the game too, in 3d. More later if i rember.

It sounds like you might be talking about Scorched Earth. A classic multiplayer (at one computer game) that someone converted to a java multiplayer version here: http://www.scorch2000.com/

The original was basically what the Worms franchise built off of. It works though, because it's a good fun game.

I guess I forgot to mention that you fly around in ships in space.

There are loads of versions of this type of a game. Not sure what the original was. Sorry, cant think of any names yet... it's kinda just a game u play for a while or beat... and it gets boring.
