ESPN Baseball for PS2?
Has anyone played ESPN Major League Baseball 2004 for PS2? Do you recommend it? If not, which baseball game should I go for? I know there's:
- All-Star Baseball 2005 (Acclaim) - MLB 2005 (Sony) - MVP Baseball 2004 (EA) I want to get a baseball game (obviously) and I want to make sure I get the best one before I spend $50. |
MVP Baseball is the best. The dynasty mode is great and really deep.
I've never bought anything made by 989 sports and I recommend you do the same. |
So far, most of the reviews I've found online seem to like ESPN's gameplay better than MVP's, but like the MVP graphics better. My first instinct is go with any game by EA, but ESPN seems very appealing. I've never had a good feeling about a game by 989.

989 actually have decent baseball games, I loved '99 and 2005 has been getting good reviews.
There is one problem with MVP. There's a glitch where you basically can't hit with left-handers. The ball just has less lift and falls faster than that of a right handed batter. |
