Sounds good. Another great review telling me to go out and buy a game that I don't have the console for.

Great preview. I bought the game and it is great but it is REALLY hard. The difficulty level ramps up very quickly or I might just be getting too old for these kind of games.

I bought it at Wal-Mart the other day. First off, this game is completely badass. If you've ever wanted to be a badass in a videogame, play Metal Gear Solid or Ninja Gaiden.
![]() Secondly, this game is hard as HELL. The only "hard" aspect of it is the fact that even on the normal difficulty, healing items are few and far between. The save points are also waay too far apart in some areas. I find myself going through half the level, and then backtracking just to save again. ![]() I'd personally like more healing items. I know you can buy them, but they're expensive, and the yellow orbs should be used for upgrades instead of healing items! I've got ONE upgrade (fire magic). I've spent the rest of my orbs on healing items, and I have none left right now. The game gets funner and funner, but it seems to get harder as well. So far, I'm enjoying it a LOT. I recommend it to everyone, but be prepared to get your ass kicked quite a bit. -Lasereth

I beat it!! That was definitely the hardest game I've ever played. It was also really amazing, though. I've said it once, and I'll say it again: this game teaches you how to be a badass. It works very, very well. I recommend this game to everyone, but prepare to get your ass handed to you if you're not too good at videogames. To get a feel of how the game is, it's best compared to Devil May Cry. If you beat Devil May Cry on PS2 on the Normal mode (NOT Easy), then you can *probaby* beat Ninja Gaiden.
