I'm thinking of getting a cheap copy of Vice City for the pc off of a friend. Does anyone have some good mod sites for VC? And are there mods you guys recommend?

The VC for PC boards on neoseeker.com might have the info you want. I have the PS2 version of the game so mods aren't a part of my game.

I've heard of a "Multi Theft Auto" or something like that which allows multiplayer in the game, but I don't really know anything about it.
