Something like that exists. It's a kit sold for LDR couples. It comes with webcams, mikes, software etc, and devices that are used to stimulate your sex organs while you chat with the other person. The trick is, the other person can use the software on their end to do things to you, remotely. It's been out for years, now. Pretty neat, albeit desperate.
