Forward: I sincerely hope this isn't considered a repost. I did a search on 'starcraft' and couldn't find any ghost-specific topics

I have been in anticipation for this game since I heard of it. It has been delayed (into 2004 which it now is) I do not know of the exact date of its release, but would like to know if anyone knows or has any ideas
As for the game itself, it looks like it will be a Blizzard masterpiece (yes, I know they are co-producing it wiht Nhilistic)
From what I've read you can score instant kills by hitting someone at their weak spot (firebats would be their fire-tanks. Kaboom!) and have many other special abilities.
If history repeats itself for Blizz this will be a great game.

It was supposed to be out in February 2004 but I see at EBgames.com it's been moved to June. I'm betting that it'll be out in October or maybe Christmas 2004.

Too bad they aren't doing a PC version. Oh well....maybe there will be enough fuss from the PC/Mac folks to get Blizzard to port it to the PC.

wasn't the new Deus Ex ported from Console to PC? (got bad reviews if I'm not mistaken..) So imo should stay on the consoles but that is just my opinion

In my experience most ports to PC arn't well made and are crappy(85% of them) (except for GTA i suppose).
So I say keep it on consoles unless they want ot remake it for the PC (which itsn't going to happen)

One other game that should be mentioned that was a good port from console to PC is Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. The difference between Deus Ex Invisible War and GTA and even KOTOR is that Deus Ex was released at the same time on Xbox as PC, whereas the others were release at later dates. Bioware, the makers of KOTOR, spent an additional 6 or 7 months redoing the game for the PC. The Deus Ex folks should have done the same thing. Oh well.

yeah thats what really made the difference was the time to take advantage of the better control and customization of the PC

i mean some ports dont even have MOUSE SUPPORT!!!

Yeah....I figured as much. A friend that works with me uses a Mac and sorely disappointed the Blizzard has chosen to go the route of console. I pointed out to him tonight that the game is being done by some other company and he quickly grinned and said that it would most likely fail and Blizzard would be quick to bring a good version out for both PC and Mac. Again....time will only tell.
