Never played any of the NES Megamans but that looked pretty damn good.

Well megaman sort of requires you to be almost that good. Once you get a level down you can go through it at pretty much that speed, but some of the moves were original and pushed the envelope. Some really well timed shooting and jumping that most people would have to slow down for.

I haven't watched all of it yet, but it is pretty damned impressive. However, I remember when I was younger and subscribed to Nintendo Power, that one of the counsellors greatest video game accomplishment was beating Ninja Gaiden without looking at the screen. For some reason that has stuck with me for all these years, and I would still love to see it.

By the way, I haven't seen the Mario video... do you have a link to that as well?

not looking at the screen? Could he do that with Ninja Gaiden Two? There's one blasted level where these flying fireballs hunt you down... I could never get past that level.

Just watched it.. Fastest Yes? Best, I dunno. I mean to be technical the best player wouldn't use any of those through the wall thingies.. some of those were extremely cheap. Also to be declared as the best player you wouldn't use ANY special powers except when needed.. say to like break through a wall. Still that guy spent A LOT of time getting the timing down.. Yikes!
